NatureQuant is a technology and research company that quantifies and promotes human exposure to nature to enhance well-being and public health. The company utilizes proprietary systems, such as NatureScore®, to evaluate and rate the natural attributes of specific environments, and NatureDose®, a mobile application designed to track an individual's engagement with and exposure to natural surroundings.
Challenge
NatureQuant was building a new mobile application from scratch and needed to expand their internal iOS team quickly to meet timeline goals.
Goal
There were tight deadlines to meet, so we needed to provide skilled mobile engineers who could integrate smoothly with NatureQuant’s team and hit the ground running, while helping them drive the app to completion on schedule.
Solution
We initially onboarded two iOS engineers who worked closely with NatureQuant’s team, joining daily meetings and collaborating directly with stakeholders. As the project progressed, we added an Android engineer to ensure feature parity across platforms. Our engineers supported the entire development lifecycle, contributing to a successful and timely launch of the app on both iOS and Android stores.
