Delos is a wellness real estate and technology firm that integrates cutting-edge science and technology into indoor environments to enhance human health and well-being. Their core offering revolves around creating "healthier homes" and other indoor spaces (like offices and senior living facilities) through various interconnected solutions.
Challenge
Delos needed to expand their development capacity with experienced engineers who could integrate seamlessly with their internal team and contribute to ongoing product efforts.
Goal
The objective was to support their team with frontend and infrastructure expertise across both mobile and web initiatives, helping bring new MVPs to life while improving deployment and infrastructure practices.
Solution
We began by onboarding two frontend engineers: one focused on mobile, the other on web development. They collaborated directly with Delos’ internal teams on new features and MVPs. As the engagement evolved, we added a DevOps engineer to support improvements in their Terraform setup and the creation of new infrastructure for hosting services. Our flexible resourcing model allowed Delos to scale capabilities as their needs grew.
