Dynamic Resources is a global construction and retail services company that specializes in the implementation and management of physical brand environments for major clients worldwide. The company provides a comprehensive suite of services including retail construction, site surveys, fixture and graphics installation, branding implementation, maintenance, and logistics.
Challenge
Dynamic Resources needed to bring their internal platforms to the next level through a complete reimplementation of their mobile app and web admin portal. They required a development team that could take finalized designs and translate them into high-quality, production-ready applications.
Goal
The objective was to deliver a new mobile experience for field managers and workers, enabling them to view, assign, complete, and report tasks (including uploading media) all tied to projects defined in the admin portal. The project also included rebuilding that portal to support these workflows with greater stability and usability.
Solution
