Operating as a fiduciary, the firm is dedicated to offering objective advice and guidance across all aspects of its clients' financial lives.
Challenge
Altair Advisers needed to modernize their outdated client portal, but lacked a clear product vision and internal UX capacity to define the new experience. They required a structured, collaborative approach to uncover their true needs and translate them into actionable design output.
Goal
The objective was to lead a comprehensive discovery and UX/UI design effort that clarified business requirements, aligned stakeholders, and delivered fully realized design assets that could serve as a blueprint for development.
Solution
We assembled a focused team consisting of a technical project manager, a lead UX/UI designer, and a production designer.
