Handshake is an AI-optimized referral exchange platform designed exclusively for real estate agents. It streamlines the process of sending and receiving client referrals by connecting agents nationally, aiming to facilitate quicker matches with top professionals without interfering with commissions.
Challenge
Handshake set out to build a mobile-first platform that would help real estate agents close more referral deals, and needed a development partner who could bring their vision to life from the ground up. With designs already in place, the client was looking for a reliable team to handle full-cycle development and guide the product to launch.
Goal
The objective was to build a robust, scalable mobile application and supporting admin panel all aligned with the client’s design and business requirements. Beyond the initial release, the client also needed a partner to ensure post-launch stability and ongoing iteration for new features and functionality.
Solution
We assembled a dedicated, managed team that took ownership of both frontend (Flutter) and backend (Node and AWS) development. Working closely with the client, we delivered the full platform which included the mobile app and admin interface, and supported the product through its successful go-live. We continue to provide maintenance, resolve bugs, and implement iterative updates to keep the platform running smoothly and aligned with evolving needs.
