It is an innovative software platform that provides a comprehensive suite of tools for talent acquisition teams to enhance their campus recruiting efforts and engage with early-career talent. It offers features such as virtual event hosting for career fairs and information sessions, candidate relationship management (CRM) functionalities to track interactions, and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
Challenge
Innovating in traditional industries is never easy, and human resources was no exception. This patented resume builder technology creates a simple, perfectly-formatted 1-page resume. Resumes are easily updated over time throughout a student’s college career and beyond after graduation.
Goal
From the beginning it was clear that this had to be forever free for students, and that we had to give them instant value. We wanted to create a conversational experience where they would learn about how to market themselves to the world, and use the answers to create a "perfect one page resume" that they would use to apply to job opportunities. The jobs side was the "easy" part, as it would all be about company profiles, job openings, and matching them with the community.
Solution
hellohive has been a force of good that created tens of thousands of job opportunities. Companies like Disney, Morgan Stanley, Blackrock, Accenture, American Express, Dentsu, and the Detroit Pistons are improving recruiting efficiencies for candidates everywhere while engaging candidates earlier and more equitably through programs and events focused on introducing careers throughout the college experience.
