Founded over a century ago, this family office runs an industrial product distribution business that has always won through its field sales force. Their reps walk contractor counters, sit across from customers, and pick up signals long before they show up in any report: a competitor raising prices, a vendor slipping on lead times, a longtime customer starting to look elsewhere. All of that intelligence existed. It just stayed in text threads and people's heads, and rarely reached anyone in a position to act on it.
01
/ Challenge
Reps were already hearing what leadership needed to know, every day. There was no simple way to capture it, and asking busy salespeople to fill out reports was never going to work.
02
/ Goal
Reps had to be able to log what they heard in under ten seconds. Leadership had to get a structured weekly briefing without chasing anyone for updates. And anyone on the team had to be able to ask what the field knew about a vendor or competitor and get a cited answer almost instantly. No forms, no analysts, no manual effort on either end.
03
/ Solution
We built an AI app where reps log what they hear by voice, text, or photo in a few seconds. Every submission gets an instant confirmation showing what the system understood, so reps know it landed. On the other end, leadership receives automatic digests sorted by competitive theme, region, division, and salesperson.
04
/ Outcome
Phase one is live. Phase two is in build. What used to get lost in conversations now reaches leadership every week, and the sales force didn't have to change how it works to make it happen.

We gamified coaching
