Furnished Quarters redefines temporary living with fully furnished residences that feel like home. Whether you’re a business traveler or an everyday explorer, the platform offers a curated collection of short-term apartments in prime locations, beautifully designed and personalized to bring comfort, culture, and convenience to your stay.
01
/ Challenge
Furnished Quarters did not have an established in-house technology team when we began working together. They needed to modernize operations and unify several disconnected systems into a single digital platform. The challenge was to assemble a team capable of building a technology-driven foundation to support integrations, process automation, and a seamless self-service experience for both guests and internal teams.
02
/ Goal
The goal was to lead a full digital transformation initiative by developing an end-to-end hospitality platform. The system needed to allow users to go through the inventory, check availability, make the reservation, sign the contract, receive notifications, and subscribe to updates all in one sweep. On the business side, it had to integrate with their existing Salesforce instance so their sales and marketing teams had all the necessary data to drive revenue growth and accelerate scaling.
03
/ Solution
We put together a nearshore team that built a responsive booking platform matching the brand's premium look. Guests now go from browsing to a signed contract without leaving the site. On the backend, the team connected the platform to Salesforce and automated manual processes. This was a full digital transformation, and Furnished Quarters came out of it running as a tech-enabled hospitality company.
04
/ Outcome
We brought disconnected systems together into one booking platform, connecting Salesforce and automating key processes to give guests a smoother experience and Furnished Quarters a more efficient, scalable operation.

We gamified coaching
Ibis had an early version of idea+, its leadership coaching tool. We rebuilt it in Node.js and React around game mechanics and connected it to the LMS platforms companies already use.

We revolutionized alternative data
